Grant Application

Energy Givers Inc. will review all information in the application submitted by an applicant on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility and notify applicants within a reasonable time after submitting a completed application.

If you are awarded a grant, you must sign the Grant Agreement, complete a Disbursement Request Form, and submit a Form W-9 for tax reporting purposes. Grantee understands that the grant funds awarded may be deemed taxable income under federal and/or state tax law. Grantees are advised to consult a qualified tax advisor in this regard. Grantee acknowledges that Energy Givers Inc. makes no representations or warranties regarding tax treatment of the grant funds and Grantee is solely responsible for payment of any taxes owed.

Donate
Energy Givers Inc. is committed to providing access to holistic treatment services for individuals in need, regardless of their ability to pay. Grants are intended to alleviate the financial burden associated with receiving holistic treatment services and aid in their overall wellbeing. Our goal is to grant 100% of donations to those in need so trust your donation is making an impact in Grantees lives and not being wasted on corporate expenses. You will receive a donation receipt after your donation processes and consult with your tax advisor to see if donation qualifies as a tax deduction.
